My story has a clear before and after.

Before, I spent over a decade building a career in HR leadership — presenting to boards, guiding organizations through change, helping people navigate the hardest conversations in their working lives. I thought I knew who I was.

Then came my cancer diagnosis, and everything I thought I knew got rearranged.

Treatment ends, and the world expects you to go back to normal. But normal doesn't quite fit anymore. What follows isn't just physical recovery — it's the quieter, harder work of figuring out who you are now, and what you want your life to actually count for.

That question sent me back to something I'd loved for years but never let myself fully pursue: Feng Shui. I got certified, and started helping people — especially those in historic homes — restore the energy and character of the spaces they live in. Around the same time, I became a certified life coach, because I realized the work I was doing in people's homes was really an extension of a bigger question: how do you rebuild, after everything changes?

That's the thread connecting everything I do now.

As a Feng Shui practitioner, I help people honor a space's original character while bringing in the light, flow, and life force that let it truly support the people living there today. 

As a life & identity coach, I work with people who've lived through their own defining before-and-after moment — a diagnosis, a loss, a rupture that changes everything — helping them do the inner work of figuring out who they are now. 

And as an author, I wrote about all of it — my diagnosis, my treatment, and the harder chapter that came after — in my book, Finding Chelsea. 

Whether we're working on the walls around you or the story inside you, I believe both deserve the same kind of care: honoring what's already there, and making room for who you're becoming.
